Stand-up ICS in the WH's COVID-19 TF
Since the initial inception of the Coronavirus into the United States, the President should have been taken “protective actions” to ensure the safety of all Americans. What has proven disastrous to the “health and safety” of the Americans population is this: “the lack of National Leadership, from the White House.” What is even more tragic is the absence of the standing-up of a noticeably trained and competent Incident Command System (ICS) to manage this national crisis! If an ICS was being utilized, the Incident Commander and his/her staff could locate, forecast, commit and deploy the necessary equipment, supplies, and resources to the most heavily hit state by this virus, at any given time. There does not seem to be enough communication between the WH’s COVID-19 Task Force (TF) and the states.
